Good morning Birch Cliff! Our photo of the day for July 16, 2012 was taken in a basement flooded by raw sewage during yesterday’s torrential rainstorm.
Flooring, baseboards and lower sections of drywall were ripped up within hours by an insurance company clean-up crew.
